EMPOWER OUR YOUTH THROUGH IMPACTFUL SKATEBOARDING EXPERIENCES.
Pushin' Forward is a youth skateboarding program focusing on social-emotional learning, mental wellness, education, and gang prevention. Our events help young people from underserved communities connect to a passion, build confidence, and learn to develop healthy relationships.
We partner with brands and community organizations to bring custom skate experiences, free boards, helmets, and lessons directly to the kids who need them most.
OUR FOUNDER
DONALD "COACH" COOLEY
As DGK's Event Director, Coach Cooley has led #SavedBySkateboarding since 2013, impacting youth across the nation — hosting events in nearly every major U.S. city with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, YMCA, Salvation Army, and other partners.
In 2022, Pushin' Forward was founded with the vision that skateboarding teaches kids discipline, resilience, independence, and confidence — essential life skills that mold them into productive members of our communities.
